What we are (and aren't)

My Life Coverage Plan is a marketing and referral service that connects consumers with independent licensed life insurance agents and helps schedule appointments. We are not an insurance company, do not underwrite or issue policies, and do not provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any rates shown are illustrative only; actual quotes depend on age, health, state, and carrier and come from the licensed agent.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting your information you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages (including automated or prerecorded messages), and emails from us and the assigned licensed agent at the number and address you provide, even if it is on a do-not-call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site (no unlawful, infringing, automated-scraping, or interfering activity).

Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by My Life Coverage Plan or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed for personal, non-commercial use of the site.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Insurance decisions and policies are solely between you, the licensed agent, and the insurer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these terms is limited to $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law & changes
